SmartLink is neutral, permissioned data exchange infrastructure. Approval is required before any integration or data access is enabled, and participation does not constitute a partnership or endorsement.

This form guides you through the information we need to assess eligibility, including purpose, scope, conflicts of interest, security controls, and technical readiness.

SmartLink is neutral infrastructure. Approval may be declined where conflicts or incentives exist that could undermine participant trust or governance outcomes.

Describe any commercial relationships, competing services, ownership links, or incentives that could influence data use. If none, write “None known”.
Explain how you prevent misuse, preferential treatment, data over-collection, or competitive advantage from SmartLink access.

Security and privacy
Include authentication methods, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, logging, and incident response capability.
